Wilberforce Court, Epsom
This block of student accommodation was build adjacent to the University for Creative Arts. It comprised of 72 bedrooms subdivided into 12 flats. All built to BREEAM ‘Excellent’ standards. This curved timber frame building was designed in such a way as to avoid tree protection zones yet maximise the use of the site. A piled raft deck foundation was used and the whole project was completed to a tight twelve month contract to coincide with the university term start dates. On completion, this project was awarded a finalist position in the 2011 ‘LABC Awards. A coveted title Epsom Builders is proud to have achieved.
St. James Close, Epsom
This gated development of eight houses replaces some rather dated properties built in the late 1960’s. The properties were build using a timber frame SIPS system which gave the purchaser a thermally efficient building. The build took twelve months and all were sold within four weeks of completion. High quality internal finishing’s complimented the contemporary external elevations.

A conversion of a 1960’s doctors surgery into a three bedroom house. Work included the complete strip-out of the existing interior walls, some structural strengthening works and changed to the front entrance external walls. The project was completed in five months and the property featured in the June 2013 edition of ’25 Beautiful Homes’ magazine.
Millennium House, Epsom Downs
Built back in 2000 for a self build client this property was built in the back garden of an existing house. Traditional construction methods were used and a mix of brick and external render for the elevations. The project took nine months and the client played a major part in the design process working closely with the team to produce his dream house.
